Recruiter (6-month contract - Bilingual: English/Spanish)
Description
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Directors to define the ideal candidate profiles and recruitment strategies for technical roles.
- Employ creative and diverse sourcing methods to build a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and provide thoughtful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and internal teams.
- Lead interview preparation sessions and post-interview debriefs to ensure hiring teams are aligned on candidate evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of recruitment activities using Jobvite and Excel.
What you’ve done:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a track record of success in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Jobvite, to track recruitment activities and candidate progress.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- A proactive, detail-oriented recruiter who works efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- A strong communicator and collaborator with excellent networking skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to take initiative.
- A team player with a solution-oriented mindset, always striving for alignment and collaboration.
- Committed to maintaining professionalism and integrity in all aspects of your work.
